Welcome to a wonderful vacation rental property located in an exclusive and most desirable area of Devon. Brookdale Family Holiday is custom designed and tastefully decorated cottage.
Attractive four bedroom cottage is with one double bed with en-suite and twin bed room and another double bedroom sharing a second bathroom. En-suite has shower and separate WC, other bathroom has bath, shower and WC. A hallway with door separates the en-suite from other two bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been completely re-modeled.
The kitchen is fully equipped with four ring electric ceramic hob and electric oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes washer.
The dining room has seating for ten with hatchway to kitchen. There is a living room adjoining dining room with TV, DVD, radio and tape player. There are numerous books and games.
There is parking for two cars on front driveway. It is an ideal centre for those wishing to explore this popular but unspoiled region with its excellent beaches, pubs, restaurants and charming towns and villages.
